Private Pilates 1:1

These personalised sessions are dedicated for one. Our Private sessions run for 60 minutes. They are fantastic to build your knowledge, conditioning, and Pilates technique. Throughout these sessions you will be able to develop a greater connection between the mind and body. They are tailored and designed for the participant and will incorporate all Pilates apparatuses.

All private sessions will use the mat, reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, wunda chair and spine corrector and embody the full Pilates experience. (An initial assessment is required for all studio sessions)

Semi-Private 3:1 studio Pilates

Using state of the art equipment our semi-private studio classes run for 55 minutes and have three participants to one instructor. These sessions are led by one of our talented instructors. MPF studio classes are designed with a very specific and considered approach, with each participant partaking in their own personalised program designed to suit the needs of each individual. All semi-private sessions will use the mat, reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, wunda chair and spine corrector to embody the full Pilates experience. (An initial assessment is required for all studio sessions).

What is MPF Group Reformer Pilates?

Mission Possible Fitness Studio Pilates classes run for 55 minutes. Using state of the art equipment our semi-private studio classes have three participants to one instructor. These sessions are led by one of our talented Pilates specialists. These classes are designed with a very specific and considered approach, with each participant partaking in their own personalised program designed to suit the needs of each individual.

All of our semi-private sessions will incorporate all Pilates apparatus including the mat, Reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, wunda chair and spine corrector to embody the full Pilates experience. All the equipment is on-weight bearing, allowing our instructors to work efficiently with you in reaching your physical goals. The more individualised approach to our semi-private studio classes makes them great for rehabilitation or if you’re looking for an extra challenge.

An initial assessment is required for all studio sessions.

MPF Studio Pilates Locations

In Mission Possible Studio Pilates classes, you will experience an individualised class tailored to your physical needs. Challenging your balance, core stability, proprioception, and muscular endurance these classes are a good option for a more challenging workout or to rehab an injury.
